grocerypik accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, mobile money such as mpesa and airtel money. You can also choose to pay on delivery with cash or mPesa.
Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on grocerypik?
Yes, it is. All transactions on grocerypik are completed via secure payment gateways which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.
What is grocerypik E-Wallet?
grocerypik E-Wallet is for a cashless method of transacting on grocerypik platform. Your grocerypik Wallet is automatically activated upon registration. All refunds and cash backs will be credited to your grocerypik wallet which will be visible on the grocerypik mobile app. The balance in E-Wallet will be applied against your future orders on grocerypik app and web.
Can I top up my grocerypik wallet?
Currently we use grocerypik wallet for refunds and cash backs only. However, very soon you should be able to add money to your grocerypik Wallet as well.
What is the validity of grocerypik Wallet balance?
It never expires until you use it. Currently grocerypik can’t refund the wallet balance. It must be used only to buy products on grocerypik.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refunds and cash backs will be credited to your E-Wallet within 24 hours.
